The camera is paired with a GPS tracer that pinpoints, from the surface, the exact location of every defect we find. If a maple root has punched through the pipe 8 metres away from the house under your paver driveway, we mark the exact spot on the ground. That information changes everything for what comes next: an honest contractor will only excavate where it is actually needed, instead of digging up the whole foundation perimeter by default.

At the end of the inspection, you receive the full inspection video and a written report that lays out our observations, identifies the problem sections with their location on the lot, and sets out our recommendations: high-pressure cleaning, spot repair, or full replacement depending on the condition of the drain. You keep the video. You can show it to your insurer, to another contractor for a comparable quote, or to a prospective buyer if you are selling the property.
